Delete your RideAhead Driver account

Option 1: Delete it from the app

1. Open the RideAhead Driver app and log in.
2. Go to the Profile tab and tap "Eliminar cuenta" (Delete account), below "Cerrar sesión" (Log out).
3. Confirm with your password, check the box confirming this can't be undone, and confirm the deletion.

Option 2: Request it here

If you no longer have the app installed, fill out this form. Our support team will contact you at the email you provide to confirm it's your account before deleting it. You can also write to [email protected].

What we delete

• Your identity and vehicle documents (driver's license, insurance, and other uploaded documents).
• Your personal information: name, email, phone number, address, date of birth, gender, profile photo, bio, and password.
• Your vehicle details and payout information.
• Your location history, notifications, and push notification tokens.

What we keep, and why

• Completed trips and earnings records, anonymized so they are no longer linked to your identity. We keep them for accounting, tax, and legal obligations, for as long as those obligations require.
• Reviews that passengers left about trips, without your name.

Before you delete

• You can't delete your account while you have a trip in progress. Finish it first.
• Deleting your account can't be undone.
